The submitted work explores .…… The performed work is well presented and the prepared samples are deeply analyzed in regard of their pharmacokinetic behaviour. Hence, I considered the manuscript acceptable for publication (with only minor comments added below) in the special issue of Supercritical fluid processing of Biopolymers and Biomedical materials.

Reviewer #2: This paper presents a study on….. I think that this paper is rather a preliminary study, which must be enlarged before it can be published in the JSF. Some results are given but they are too scattered and deserve more experiments to be confirmed. Moreover, there is almost no discussion on these results.
